We just need access the home and 15 minutes when completed to go over things with you. This can be done in varies ways for you to make the experience as convenient as possible for you.
How do I know if I have an existing warranty?
The label should be located on the outer surface of the equipment for a manufacture date. Warranty terms may change by the manufacture. But most equipment has a ten year part warranty.
Why change my filter regularly?
Changing your filter will help with the heating and cooling system to operate efficiently and improve indoor air quality. For example: If you a 1 inch filter, this should be checked monthly. If you have a 4 inch filter, check every 6 months.
How long does heating/cooling system usually last?
Depending on how the system was maintained typically life expectancy is 15-20 years.
